Although hypnosis is the oldest
Western form of psychotherapy there is a wealth of mistrust
surrounding it and myths that still linger. Mention the word
‘hypnosis’ and thoughts instantly fly to stage shows, charlatans and
trickery, swinging watches and magic. I would like to allay some of
the myth and mystery surrounding this much maligned therapy.
In the many years I have been using hypnosis I have seen for myself
the increased benefits to health which can be brought about by the
power of the mind.
So, what is Hypnosis ? Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and
concentration at one with a state of heightened awareness. Sometimes
called ‘Conscious Hypnosis’, it is a non-addictive power for good
and is a natural manifestation of the mind at work. Hypnosis is a
totally natural, perfectly safe method of treatment, is
non-addictive and has no unpleasant side effects.
Listed are a few of the wide range of

All sessions are tailored to individual needs and, because of that,
I have a high success rate. These days, most of the people who find
their way to my consulting room have been referred to me by a
previous client. I am dedicated to the ethical use of hypnosis,
specialising in Smoking Cessation and Weight Loss
