A non-refundable 10% deposit is required at the time of booking which can be paid by Paypal or cheque. Should you need to cancel your booking, please contact us to discuss, deposits can be held on file at the management's discretion. Once your deposit has been received, a receipt and directions to Empathic Issues will be sent to you by email. The balance for your stay is required in full, three weeks before your arrival date.
